Yummy Foods

This Recipe is slightly more involved then most of the foods I like to make, but it looks really good. Not only is this a good food for a poker game but because it can be eaten with one hand you can also munch on this tasty treat while playing blackjack, roulette, baccarat or any of your favorite online casino, poker or gambling at a sportsbook.

Always remember when making foods for a poker game never make foods that will be overly messy. You don,t want someone licking their fingers or not wiping the sauce that%u2019s all over their hands before they touch the cards, the chips or your nice poker table. Another thing is to remember for most men their poker game is a time to get away from the wife and kids and get out with the boys, tell some stories, drink some beer and play some poker.

Every week I try to make something that is fast, easy, clean and tasty, and believe me my poker buddies appreciate it, and it help make the game go latter into the night with less hassles, which makes it easier to win there money at the poker table.

2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 orange, juice of
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
8 flour tortillas
8 tablespoons mayonnaise
iceberg lettuce, to taste

8 servings
1 hour 30 minutes 1 hr prep

Place the garlic, orange juice, soy sauce, honey and chili powder into a bowl and mix well. Adjust seasonings, adding more chili powder if you wish.

Trim any excess fat from the chicken thighs and place into a plastic zip-loc bag. Pour the honey mixture over the thighs and turn them to coat well. Close the bag and marinate the thighs in the fridge for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 425°. Place the thighs, with the marinade, into a shallow roasting pan. Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through and basting with the glaze, until the chicken is tender and slightly blackened on the edges.

Remove the chicken from the pan and leave to cool. Cut the chicken into strips and set aside.

Lay a tortilla on a clean work surface. Add 1 T. of mayo into the center and spread out a little. Add iceberg lettuce (to taste) and top with several strips of chicken.

Fold the tortilla up over the filling, fold in both sides of the tortilla, then roll up all the way. Wrap in saran wrap or waxed paper to secure rolls. Repeat to make 8 rolls.

This is a great recipe for a day at the beach or for your poker game
