Odd Makers refuse to give Kansas Senator Odds due to a bill banning College Sports Gambling

There are odds for all sorts of things from getting hit to a car or being killed by a terrorist to getting a royal flush, but why are there no odds for a Senator from Kansas 2008 presidential chances.

At the online sportsbook SportingbetUSA.com, the odds are listed for many different Republican possibilities for the next presidential candidates. A former New York mayor, an Arizona maverick and a Virginian Senator all have their odds listed with the former New York mayor being top of the list.

The odds are even listed for a California Governor, even though he was born in Austria and thus not eligible to run for the office of the president of the United States of America, at 250 to 1 odds.

But the Kansas Senator with a strong connection to the Religious Right, who is the anti abortion champion and is a global rights advocate, is not even listed.

Surely the Senator deserves some odds?

The USA Today odds maker is saying he is a billion to 1 shot at best. And can understand why no one is looking at him.

The Sports Gambling industry is no fan of this Senator, who introduced a bill in the Senate to ban gambling on all college athletics.

On the other side a former president who is barred by the constitution from running again is listed with 300 to 1 odds and his wife is listed with the best odds out of everyone with 3 to 1 odds.
