How to Play:
Before the game starts, the dealer determines the bet size. All players are dealt five cards face-up and the Put round begins: The dealer deals one face-up card to himself. All players, whose hands contain a card that matches the card of the dealer, pay one bet, determined in the beginning of the game. The dealer then deals the second card. Now, if any player has a matching card in his hand, pays two times the determined bet. The third card is dealt and the players who have matching cards pay four times the bet. The fourth card obliges players with matching cards to pay eight times the bet amount, and when the fifth and the final card is dealt players risk to pay sixteen time the bet amount if they have a matching card in their hands.
Take round follows the Put round: The dealer collects his five cards, puts them at the bottom of the deck and starts dealing new ones. Now everything works the opposite way. Players who have a card that matches the first card dealt by the dealer take one bet from the pot. Players with cards matching the second dealer's card, take two bets, third card - four bets, fourth card - eight bets and fifth card - sixteen bets.
If any money remains in the pot after the Take round is over, the dealer takes this money. If the pot ends before the game is over, the dealer must pay the takes of the players from his own pocket. Although, the dealer in Put and Take wins and loses the different way, he has the same odds as all other players at the table, so being a dealer may be less exciting, but certainly is not less advantageous.
